These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Sunger Today website and any services provided by Sunger Today ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Sunger Today provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to, website design and development, social media management, online advertising, and local business visibility services. The specific scope of services for each client will be set out in a separate proposal or agreement.
Pricing and payment schedules will be agreed upon before work begins, on a project-by-project basis. Late payments may result in a pause of ongoing services until outstanding balances are settled.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project. Sunger Today retains the right to showcase completed work in its own portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Either party may cancel ongoing services with written notice. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly. Deposits for project-based work are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
Sunger Today will make reasonable efforts to deliver quality services but does not guarantee specific business outcomes, such as sales figures, search rankings, or social media growth, as these depend on many factors outside our direct control.
